Shaping the next generation begins with the environment they grow up in.
Educational infrastructure must meet not only academic standards but also the highest requirements for safety and reliability. With this in mind, LSG carried out waterproofing works at Newton School, commissioned by VINCI Development.
Project Scope and Completed Works
The LSG team made a significant technical contribution to the project, which included the following:
- Terrace Waterproofing — Protecting the school’s open spaces from moisture and adverse weather conditions
- Reliable Waterproofing of the Water Reservoir — Ensuring the safe storage of both drinking and technical water
- Negative-Side Waterproofing — Protecting internal structures from groundwater infiltration
