Waterproofing against groundwater remains one of the most complex and specialized challenges in the construction industry, as structures in such conditions are constantly exposed to water pressure, moisture, and intense environmental impact. These types of works require not only high-quality materials but also the right technological approach and professional expertise.
In one of our projects – Skyline Residence, commissioned by Polimer, addressing this challenge effectively became a key objective. As part of the project, the LSG team applied a negative waterproofing method, which is particularly effective when water pressure comes from the outside of the structure and must be contained from the inside.
The proper implementation of the negative waterproofing system ensured complete protection of the elevator shafts from water penetration, moisture, and potential structural damage. Modern technological solutions and certified, high-quality materials were used, known for their durability and long-term performance.
The work was carried out with precision and strong attention to detail – from thorough surface preparation to the flawless application of waterproofing layers. As a result, the structure is fully protected against constant moisture and groundwater impact, significantly reducing future risks and ensuring long-term structural stability.
